On June 20, 2026, Calmar Land Development Corporation successfully hosted the much-anticipated Grand Open House: Open Grounds, welcoming clients and partners to experience the progress and promise of the project firsthand.
More than simply showcasing a growing development, the event highlighted the dedication, teamwork, and collaboration that brought everything together. Behind the scenes were weeks of planning, coordination, site preparations, procurement activities, technical requirements, and the collective efforts of various departments working toward a common goal.
Turning Challenges into Opportunities
Like any major event, the Grand Open House came with its share of challenges. Tight schedules, evolving requirements, site improvements, procurement concerns, and technical demands required teams to stay flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
Preparing the Grounds for a Successful Event
A large part of the event’s success can be credited to the Property Management Group, headed by Ms. Maricel Chumacera, whose team worked tirelessly to ensure the project site was fully prepared to welcome guests.
Special recognition goes to Mr. Dave Premian, who served as the primary coordinator for numerous site preparations. Together with Mr. Anthony Barlan, they oversaw critical ground works and ensured that every detail was addressed. Their dedication helped create a safe, organized, and inviting environment for all attendees.
Recognizing the Frontliners
Beyond the department heads and managers, heartfelt gratitude is extended to all PBEs who contributed from the very beginning — from conceptualization and planning to execution and event closeout.
Their hard work, dedication, and willingness to go beyond their responsibilities transformed ideas into reality and helped create a memorable experience for everyone who attended.
