Calmar Land successfully conducted its Grand House Turnover event at Sonrisa San Pablo Laguna last Saturday, May 23, 2026. The ceremony formally welcomed Calmar Land homeowners to their new residences, demonstrating the developer’s emphasis on pre-turnover quality assurance, structured documentation, and community activation. Representatives from partner financial institutions — Pag-IBIG, Bank of Commerce, and UCPB — also joined the event.
Pre-turnover inspections
Prior to the formal program, Calmar Land homeowners and their families were given direct access to their respective units for a hands-on inspection at Sonrisa San Pablo Laguna. Calmar Land’s Customer Service team and Engineers accompanied each family during this walkthrough, allowing buyers to personally verify construction quality, electrical and plumbing systems, and unit finishes before accepting the keys.

Management team delivers opening remarks
The main program opened with remarks from the management team members: Brenda May Aquino, Assistant Vice President for Sales; Ellen Grimaldo, Vice President for Project Management; and Arcelyn Quesea, Senior Manager for Customer Service.
Each of them congratulated the new homeowners, covering the sales journey, project management milestones, and the availability of after-sales support — signaling strong internal coordination across the company’s key divisions.
Also present were Valerie Feliciano (AVP, Project Development), Jeffrey Dumalen (Marketing Manager), and Korina Aregado (Laguna Branch Sales Manager), who personally welcomed the new homeowners and made sure the day’s activities ran smoothly.
Documents signed simultaneously
Following the remarks, all new homeowners signed the Turnover Documents at the same time. The signing was done in an orderly manner, following standard real estate procedures. After the signing, a ceremonial group photo was taken.
The event ended with the Calmar Land management team and staff symbolically opening the doors to the community, welcoming the new residents into Sonrisa San Pablo.
