The ceremony formally welcomed Calmar Land homeowners to their new residences, demonstrating the developer’s emphasis on pre-turnover quality assurance, structured documentation, and community activation. Representatives from partner financial institutions — Pag-IBIG, Bank of Commerce, and UCPB — also joined the event.

Pre-turnover inspections

Prior to the formal program, Calmar Land homeowners and their families were given direct access to their respective units for a hands-on inspection at Sonrisa San Pablo Laguna. Calmar Land’s Customer Service team and Engineers accompanied each family during this walkthrough, allowing buyers to personally verify construction quality, electrical and plumbing systems, and unit finishes before accepting the keys.
