JOB SUMMARY
The Asset Coordinator is responsible for maintaining asset records, processing asset transactions, and assisting with audits and inventory tracking. This role ensures that all company assets are accounted for, properly documented and maintained in accordance with company policies.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain an up-to-date asset list and ensure accurate documentation.
2. Assist in the tagging, labeling, and tracking of company assets.
3. Process asset transfers, disposals, and acquisitions following company guidelines.
4. Conduct periodic physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
5. Assist in fleet management, including monitoring and coordinating maintenance schedules for company service vehicles.
6. Ensure company assets are properly insured and that insurance policies are up to date.
7. Support maintenance schedules by coordinating with various departments and external vendors.
8. Prepare reports on asset status and utilization.
9. Assist in asset audits and compliance verification.
10. Support and assist with the certification of the Quality Manual System.
11. Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures.
12. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Asset Supervisor or Asset Manager.
QUALIFICATION
Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in asset management, inventory control, or administrative support.

JOB SUMMARY
The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards through rigorous testing and quality control processes. This role involves collaborating with various departments, developing quality assurance protocols, and implementing corrective actions to enhance product quality.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan in line with project requirements.
2. Perform daily inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards. Ensure that all construction activities comply with local and national regulations, as well as with company policies.
3. Identify potential quality risks and propose corrective actions. Conduct root cause analysis and, if necessary, implement remedial and preventive actions to address quality issues. The concern shall be elevated to the concerned parties or the Management for consultation and final resolution.
4. Analyze test results, document findings, report defects, track those defects through resolution, and discuss the necessary rectification or repair works with the Construction Division. Ensure that all testing and inspections adhere to industry standards. Oversee third-party testing and inspection services when necessary.
5. Monitor quality of materials and workmanship on site, and maintain comprehensive documentation of QA/QC activities, including test results, quality metrics, compliance reports, inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions.
6. Stay updated on changes to construction codes and regulations.
7. Prepare final project quality documentation for turnover to the client.
8. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of Civil Engineering, Licensed Civil Engineer
Experience: At least three (3) years of work experience in quality assurance and quality control in a real estate industry
Other Requirements:
Has strong understanding in quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
With good communication skills

JOB SUMMARY
Directly reporting PMD HEAD, the PROPERTY OFFICER shall implement, organize and maintain all Ready for Occupancy Units (RFO). PROPERTY OFFICER shall be in-charge in the monitoring, coordination and implementation of works for water business / electrical facilities, Village Maintenance of all Projects and Calmar Land Offices.

7. Monitoring the maintenance and up-keeping activities of all projects Guardhouse, Clubhouse, Landscape and Façade through regular checking of its repairs / improvements and beautification at all times.
8. In charge of grass cutting activity by in-house or out-source contractor of Calmar Land. Ensure correct and timely billing of grass cutting.
9. Monitoring of all Calmar Land’s saleable lot and open spaces and ensure that no illegal settlers to occupy the said area.
10. Prepares all reports and documents pertaining to facilities and amenities

PRINCIPAL DUTIES
The primary responsibility of a sales driver is to provide service to sales representatives/staffs to client pick up or drop off point, booth exhibit and sales events safely.
