Cosmopolitan Communities Inc. was registered on December 12, 1995 and began its operation as a real estate developer on May 11, 2002. The name Cosmopolitan was conceptualized with the purpose of providing comfortable living to modest and hard-working families at lower costs but with high quality features and amenities of first class subdivisions thus making a difference in real estate development. It was the brainchild of efforts initiated by Calmar Land Development Corporation, its mother company known for its equally outstanding lineup of built communities that started in Quezon.

 As envisioned by Cosmopolitan, it embarked on its first project in May of 2002. It was christened La Residencia Trinidad situated in Lucban, Quezon’s Barangay Aliliw. Due to its affordable prices, the buyers’ response was overwhelming which prompted the management to venture into some previously identified areas as Lucena City. Consequently, Cosmopolitan Homes was born. Located at Ciudad Maharlika in Barangay Bocohan, it was launched on April 23, 2004 as the second subdivision project. The positive response was once again very strong as it continually enticed a multitude of buyers and investors. With these phenomenal triumphs, the company looks forward to truly etching its name on the hallmark of success of the real estate industry.

The company, now an affiliate, is gearing to emulate what Calmar Land has created in the real estate industry.
