Founded on January 11, 1989 by President and CEO Reynaldo O. Calayan, Jr., Calmar Land Development Corporation is a real estate development company initially aimed to construct residential houses built for quality and affordability for the residents of Lucena City.

As the years went by, severe adversities continuously challenged the property market especially during the late 90’s.  Precipitated by the 1997 Asian  financial crisis, the whole industry struggled to endure the ordeal of inflated costs and weak demand.

Emerging companies like Calmar Land were not spared.  Despite those trying times, Calmar Land demonstrated courage under fire and proved its resolve to surpass any trial with flying colors. Soon, expertise, dedication, and adherence to quality products established the company’s excellence and staying power through the economic crisis.

Now, after twenty years of hard work and devotion of the company’s professional workforce to its mission and vision, Calmar Land is continuously growing and even further expanding its business to other parts of the country.  The company now boasts of fourteen projects, each one redefining the usual standards of living and ushering in a whole new innovative lifestyle.
