•Male, at least 35 years of age 
•Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect of reputable schools/universities
•With at least 10 years experience/exposure in vertical & horizontal constructions
•Minimum of 5 years experience as engineering head (construction, design & survey section) 
•Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
•Good interpersonal relationship and can work across all levels in the organization
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications & Aided design / engineering software

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (1)

•Male or Female, at least 30 years of age
•Graduate of any business related course of reputable schools/universities
•Preferably with masteral units
•At least 3 years working experience in business development
•With 3 years supervisory experience in real estate industry focused on project acquisition/documentation
•Must be Licensed Broker
•Excellent negotiation and communication skills (oral & written) 
•Knowledge in Auto-Cad is an advantage

DESIGN ARCHITECT (1)

•Male, at least 30 years of age
•Licensed Architect of reputable schools/universities
•Minimum of 5 years experience/exposure as Design Architect
•With experience in design and supervision on high-rise constructions 
•Proficient in Auto-Cad, sketchUp, photoshop & MS Project software is required
•Knowledge in 3D Studio Max is a plus factor
•Can work long hours with minimum supervision
•Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
•With driving skills

•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Communication Arts, Marketing or other related course.
•Minimum of 5 years managerial experience in Sales & Marketing.
•Excellent organizational skills, results-oriented, keen on details and has strong customer service orientation.
•With extensive experience in the planning, development, and implementation of sales and marketing activities.
•Must be analytical and with excellent communication and presentation skills.
•Preferably a Licensed Real Estate Broker.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

•Willing to be assigned/relocate in Lipa City, Batangas

ACCOUNT ANALYST (Credit & Collection) (1)
