  • At least 2-4 years relevant experience in related field, with proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (both oral and written), as well as presentation skills ideal for client relationship building.
  • Excellent organizational skills, results-oriented, keen on details and has strong customer service orientation.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, confident, resourceful, and with pleasing personality.
  • Can handle multi-tasking jobs and work with minimal supervision.

  • Strong background in managing horizontal properties, financial & people management, and general administration.
  • Strong background in handling Homeowner’s Association.
  • Customer-oriented, with exceptional supervisory skills and pleasing personality and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal relationship and can work across all levels in the organization.
  • Keen on details and highly organized.
